Swear Jar Ventures Limited, trading under the SJ Ventures brand, is responsible for personal information handled for the purposes described in this notice. We are registered in Ireland under company number 728232.

• Correspondence. If you email us, we receive your email address, any name you provide and the contents of your message. We use that information to respond and manage the enquiry.
• Technical information. Our hosting and security providers may process your IP address, browser information, requested pages and request times to deliver the website, diagnose faults and protect it from abuse.

This corporate website has no user accounts, purchase checkout or enquiry submission form. Email links open your own email application; a message is only sent when you send it.

Why we use information

We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and operating a reliable, secure website. Where an enquiry concerns entering into a contract with you, we may also process information to take the steps you request before that contract. We may retain information where necessary to meet a legal obligation.
